Venue

A. 등록 및 경시 참여 관련 주의사항 Notices on Registration and Competition

  1. 참가자 개인 사정으로 대회에 참가할 수 없게 되었을 경우에는 빠른 시간 안에 대회본부로 불참 사유와 함께 연락을 주시기 바랍니다. 본선에는 반드시 예외 없이 팀원 3인이 모두 참가해야 합니다.
    If a participant is unable to participate in the competition due to personal reasons, please contact the ICPC Seoul HQ as soon as possible with the reason for the absence. All three team members must participate in this Seoul Regional Contest. We do not allow any exceptions.
  2. 참가자 여러분께서는 11월 21일(금) 예비소집 날 등록 시에도 3인 모두 참석해야 합니다. 만일 예비 소집시에 참석할 수 없는 팀원이 있는 경우 사전에 대회 본부의 허락을 받아야 합니다.
    In principle, all three team members must attend the preliminary call session on Friday, November 21nd. If there is a team member who cannot attend on the preliminary call, you must contact the ICPC Seoul HQ in advance.
  3. 예비소집 날 등록 시 모든 참가자에 대해 이번 학기 재학 중임을 확인할 7일 이내에 발급된 재학증명서를 제출해야 합니다.
    When you register, your team must submit every team member’s certificates of enrollment issued within the seven (7) days to prove that they are enrolled in this semester.

B. 팀 참고 자료(팀 노트) 관련 주의사항 Notices on the Team Reference Documents (TRDs)

  1. 팀 노트는 표지 제외 25장 이내의 단면 A4 인쇄물이어야 하며, 팀 노트의 모든 페이지의 좌상단에는 페이지 번호가, 우상단에는 학교명과 팀명이 기재되어 있어야 합니다.
    Team notes must be single-sided A4 printed materials of no more than 25 pages, with pages numbered in the upper right-hand corner and your university name and team name printed in the upper left-hand corner.
  2. 팀 노트를 반입하려는 경우 제출하여 본부의 검수를 거쳐야 합니다. 팀 노트는 동일한 인쇄물로 총 세 부 까지 반입할 수 있습니다. 검수받지 않은 참고자료의 반입은 금지됩니다.
    If you wish to bring your team’s TRDs, you must submit them for inspection by the headquarters. Each team can bring at most three (3) identical copies of the TRDs. Bringing in reference materials that have not been inspected is prohibited.

C. 개인 소지품 관련 주의사항 Notices on Allowed Personal Items

  1. 대회에 방해가 되는 물품의 대회장 반입을 금지합니다. 특히, 유/무선통신을 지원하거나 검수받지 않은 장비의 반입은 엄격히 금지합니다.
    Bringing items that interfere with the competition into the competition venue is prohibited. In particular, bringing in equipment that supports wired/wireless communication or that has not been inspected is strictly prohibited.
  2. 개인 키보드 및 마우스를 반입하여 사용하려는 경우 예비소집일에 제출하여 본부의 검수를 거쳐야 합니다. 검수받지 않은 장비의 사용은 금지됩니다. 각 자리에서 키보드, 마우스는 최대 1개까지 사용할 수 있습니다.
    If you wish to bring and use a personal keyboard and mouse, you must submit it when you register for inspection by the headquarters. The use of equipment that has not been inspected is prohibited. Each team is allowed to use at most one (1) keyboard and one (1) mouse.
  3. 제공된 기념품, 작은 인형, 사전, 개인 필기구, 개인 상비약, 초콜릿과 같은 간식 등 대회 진행에 방해되지 않는 물품의 반입은 허용합니다.
    Bringing in items that do not interfere with the competition, such as swags distributed in the contest, small rag dolls, dictionaries, personal writing instruments, personal medicine, and snacks such as chocolate, is permitted.
